18 Hole Private Course

Our 18 hole private parkland course is affiliated to the Golfing Union of Ireland (GUI) and offers a good challenge to players of all handicaps.

Actual Club Membership at Fernhill has been kept low to facilitate our visitors and guests from overseas and all parts of Ireland. We can accommodate up to 150 Golfers for a tournament.

Alan Bowes is General Manager and he has a B.A. in Hotel Management from Galway Institute of Higher Education. Alan believes the attraction at Fernhill is that we give great value golfing holidays either for short breaks or one week duration. And this is what appeals to our guests and keeps them returning year after year!

You can stay and play for as little as €55 per person per day midweek. This includes Hotel Room - Bed & Full Irish Breakfast - based on 2 sharing, and one guaranteed round of golf. This is excellent value for money and the reason why we always have Golf Groups staying at Fernhill.
